Red Raspberry Bush

The soft, springy leaves of Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) are well known for being rich in vitamins A, B complex, C, and E, as well as the minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Red Raspberry Leaf is often referred to as a beneficial woman’s herb, though it is tasty for all, both on its own and as a base for blending.

Red Raspberry Leaf is a perennial plant that can grow between 1.5 and 2.5 meters tall. In addition to the leaf, it bears small white flowers and produces a red fruit (the raspberry), though most commercial raspberries are made from a hybrid cultivar of R. idaeus and R. strigosus.
